      My RSS

The My RSS module allows your Pligg site members to add an RSS feed from their profile. The feed will be automatically set up to run through the RSS Importer Module.

I just have a few questions for the myrss module.

Since this works with rss importer..
Will it add the feed according to order? I would love a randomize feature for rss importer.
If I want the user's feeds to import images, will I have to set the <img> tag for normal users?
Rss importer has extra fields for title, url, description, and tags. Do the users inupt these informations?

I would love to see an image capture of what the module looks like within the user's modify profile.

    Thank you,
    Jon

    Hi JonniE_M

Yes this works along side the rss_importer module. The My_RSS module is only designed to add the description, title, and url of a feed and add that into the rss importer just like any other feed. I've attached some screen shots to help explain.

The first image is where a user would add their feed to modify profile section of your site. In this example I added the Pligg Blog RSS Feed.

The second screen shot shows how it automatically adds and sets up the feed into the RSS importer module.

The module is not set up to grab any images because not everyone adding a feed into their profile will have feeds containing images. Once a user adds their feed you can easily edit or add a field if necessary.
    Hope that helps.

It's not a widget. The module is not advertised as a widget. You are clearly thnking of something else non-related to this module.
Please don't say something is " not working" when you obviously haven't purchased it, don't know what it even does, or have never tried it.

I see that all your posts were edited today. Seems like someone was just trying to post links to their site and got caught.

Now I have the same problem with the module MyRSS.
    I own a domain site.com and blogs.site.com.
When a user adds a RSS feed via Profile site.com, the same feed appears on the site blogs.site.com.

How can that be added RSS feeds for each site separately.
