The module will grab the users email address from Facebook during the registration process and insert it into their user account.

It does not grab the user email for me.. Is this automatic or is there a setting for this?

Because when I manage users in the Admin, users who logged in via Facebook have blank email addresses! Thanks.

Hi How did you fix it? i am having the same problem, after installing by following the instructions it won't appear am using a PliggDzine theme.

I bought two connect modules today.
Twitter was easy to setup and works great.
But Facebook it gives me headaches.
It`s saying that there is a loop and can`t connect to FB account.
Using latest version 3.6
Has anyone ecountered this issue? Loop problem?

In case you're wondering why the post on user's wall is not working, edit fb_ini.php
And replace step3_end with step2_end. Magic.

About the loop, I had this issue also. It was trying to authenticate me while I was already authenticated and thus redirecting in loop. (fb.php)

This module will stop working on July 5, 2012, as it doesn't use OAuth 2.0 (PHP SDK 3)

Never mind, I managed to change it, its very easy, just get users instead of sessions. Thanks anyway.

BTW, getsession is already failing....

Thanks for the alert. This is why I hate this module, Facebook changes their API every few months requiring us to update things. It gets annoying pretty fast.
