Situation 1: The "Admin" clicks on facebook connect the first time, then the process which you described happens.
When the Admin logs out, he can login again clicking on fb connect, he'll be recognized, it's all right.
Situation 2: The "User" clicks on facebook connect the first time, then the process which you described happens.
But when the User logs out, he cannot login again in a single click with fb connect, because fb connect repeats again the process of asking the creation of an account or assigning a FB ID to an existing one.
Now: is this a normal behaviour?
If not i think i must open a ticket

Thanks in advance...

| I think you are misunderstanding how the module works. When someone tries to sign in using Facebook Connect for the first time it needs to identify whether the person has an existing account or if they need to create a new account on the site. It directs them to a registration page on your site that allows them to either create an account or assign the Facebook ID to an existing account. The main benefits of having users register on this page is that you are able to get their email address (which Facebook connect won't allow on it's own) and you can let Facebook users skip email validation and CAPTCHAs. I've explained these reasons and more in previous posts on this thread. If this does not describe what you see as a problem please open a support ticket so that we can further discuss it. |
