Pligg doesn't use timezones for stories or comments. It counts how much time has passed since a story was submitted, and shows how long 'ago' something happened. If you changed timezone AFTER a story was submitted, I don't have a fix for that.

Does this mean that it is of no point trying to change my servers time zone? Like it is explained in this Wiki-article (using .htaccess):

Running web scripts in your Timezone:
wiki.DreamHost.com/Running_web_scripts_in_your_Timezone

My site is in norwegian and have norwegian users, but my webserver is in the USA.

What i am worried about is the links in my Pligg-site for sorting by "Today", "Yesterday" and so on ... I just want to be sure of this. Thanks!
