how to change "queued news" to other language?

I'm using mollio-beat .

I'm changing the whole to chinese,

but , i don't know how to change " queued news" on the index page to chinese.

it seems to change sidebar.tpl, or sidebar_stories.tpl.

Any one can help me? thanks!

Isn't it in the file /lib/options.php ?
