the "problems" combobox

in other templates, there is a combo box in each story that says "problems?"
and the options are:
duplicated story
spam
invalid link
and 3 or 4 more

but in mollio template I can't find it.

is it there? there is a config change to do this appear?

It was taken out because it doesn't work. It doesn't work in the other templates, either.
