How can I change the font size for (Published News) PLIGG_Visual_Published_News

Can anyone help me out? Where can I change the font size for "Published news" (PLIGG_Visual_Published_News) in the main.css or the template. The Published news heading is located immediately below the navigation menus on the home page.
