RSS Link issue in 1.3

I'm having an issue with my RSS feed link to original news. When it parses out to google reader I get

Quote:

» '>original news

with no link

I believe it has to do with the following code in RSS2.php

Code:

<description><![CDATA[$description &nbsp;»&nbsp;<a href='".htmlspecialchars($link->url)."'>"._(PLIGG_Visual_RSS_OriginalNews)."</a>]]></description>\n";

Anyone have any ideas?
