Please download this file for the last 3 months stats. I will say though that the traffic and revenue is very low at the moment as I have not had time to market the site properly. This site is being sold as more of a complete and ready to go pligg project.

Your traffic and page rank is low and essentially all you have to sell it is a template. Sites sell for content, traffic, membership, revenue and intellectual copyright.

In the absense of any saleable asset in the site, its difficult to value the website. You might have spent two months working on it but if I have to start a similar site, getting a similar template done on Getafreelancer.com would cost 100 bucks or so.

My recommendation is to grow traffic and revenue and then it might sell.

I agree with most of what you said, however I disagree on a couple of things:

Hey if it doesn't sell you could package the template and sell just the template say limited amount of 20 for $50-$100 each. I'm not in the market but that's a nice template.
