IMO this is very nicely done. It seems to be based on Pligg/Meneame code but as you can see, a lot of effort has been put into making the design original and adding some extra features - tag cloud, rating as well as votes, etc.
Too much space at the top taken up by ads for my liking and I don't like not being able to see how many comments there are for each article from the front page.
Interesting to see that you don't need to register. I wonder if he has something in place to prevent abuse.
