That is very true, as a matter of fact any Pligg site that uses the default templates are generally experiments or short-lived sites, and ones that have a custom tempalte is prepared for a long run - this is what I have noted for the past 6 months of Pligg tracking and experience.

I have added some posting guidlines.
Quote:
How soon your Pligg site will be listed depends on the site itself.

Sites listed faster...
1.Top level domain name
2. Custom look and feel
3. Filling out the submission form correctly

Sites listed slower or possibly discarded...

1. Using the standard templates. No customizations what so ever
2. Running pligg on a sub domain, WAMP, or personal computer
3. Obvious "out-of-the-box" aggregated blog spam

Another tip for submitting your site to the Pligg Directory:

If you register as a member before you submit your site, you can come back and edit the information about your site at a later date if needed.
Registering will also allow you to ad tags to your submission and allow you to update the screenshot if necessary.

hi churckroast,

the heatmap of clicks looks interesting.

I was curious how you were able to generate that?

Is there a plugin or module that I can add to my pligg site
to track that type of information.

Thanks.

Keep saying invalid security code. Any ideas? I'm typing in the right one.

As a matter of fact yes..
The heat map is from another OS project called ClickHeat and was fairly simple to incorporate into the site. AshDigg is working on making this into a pligg module.
