Never mind the trouble submitting. I figured out that you need to go to pliggsites.com as opposed to PliggSites.com to use the site. Although, the site owner may still want to address this issue with a simple rewrite rule.

if you want your site to grow you need to fix it!

or your site will be remembered as a site that doesnt fix its bugs... if its not a bug but somthing were doing wrong i apologise.

I just tried a test submission. Worked perfectly.. You must be entering the capcha incorrectly.

Make sure you don't add a www in front of the site. Just go to pliggsites.com instead of www(dot)pliggsites.com
