Need hosting recommendations

I was wondering if I could get some recommendations on some decent hosts.

I need to have at least 10 databases, 100,000+ file limit, 1gb+ storage, fast ftp speeds, & cron jobs.

Should be able to handle 20,000 unique visitors a day

I am currently using dot5hosting, which I can say is quite terrible.
