Anyone hot on web graphic design?

I have a website scheduled for launch shortly, in partnership with 2 other individuals. I'm happy with everything except the header section. When it comes to graphic design I'm pretty bad at it, and I'd like to get the green header area looking a bit more professional.

Anyone willing to help spice it up a bit, and make the logo, header area and login box look more professional? I can of course pay for your time, but I'm not willing to spend much on a relatively small area of the site.

It would be quite a small job, but much appreciated.

I don't have a lot of links for you to look at, because I'm still learning photoshop, but here are a couple with some work I've done.

Selorian.com -- my personal site that isn't up yet for the public, but the splash screen is one example of what I've done.

Rambling Hills -- an abondoned design for a horse club after they decided a new route for me to take on their site.

Tagtropolis.com -- My pligg site using the digitalnature template that I have done a custom logo for and tweaked the graphics a bit.
