French portable installation

I've built a portable installation of pligg. This is a default installation but with french language. It's can run from an usb drive or key. It's allow to have an envrionnement testing without any installation.

Can I upload the pack file on pligg.com ?

If people are interesting, i can put the file on a space at free.fr too.
