Ads and banner manager

Im looking for something that will help me manage affiliate banners and ads such as google...a sidebar or sidePanel.

Something like designfloat, can you see where it says Supporters? something like that would be awesome.

by the way im using the coolwater theme, im so new to this pligg and i have no history of coding.
