Read from multiple database

Hey Folks,

I am looking to have a pligg install that can 'read' from multiple databases/tables. The idea is that there are three individual pligg installs, 2 of them are country specific, the third shows the stories of the other 2. From this site you can do all the usual things i.e vote, comment etc etc, but you cannot submit to this site.

Making so you can't submit is easy enough to do, and I have most of it worked out, i.e linking the users etc, but the trouble I am having is getting it to read multiple tables.

Getting the localised sites to submit to a global site is not an option. The globalised site needs to read "links", votes", "tags", "comments" etc from the local sites and display them.

I have tries to change libs/define_tables.php with no joy.

Can anyone help.

FYI - I have done the Multi-Pligg Install for users, etc
