Image to story url, how?

Hi, I'm using the upload mod and it work great, but I want to make when user click an image not to enlarge it, but to move to the story website ( not
mysite.com/story.php, but submitterslink.com/)

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I'm on upcoming and click picture and it takes me to upcoming, if I'm on story 55 and click it takes me to story 55.
