Ash said last night that this feature is very close to being ready to be tested. So it shouldn't be toooo long if everything goes smoothly.

If you want to skip step 1 (ex. like you do for an editorial post) then just auto-submit the form on step 1 and it will then be a 2-step process.

I believe when you try to bookmark from your browser, it comes as one page.

wow... it would be great if ppl could submit a story on one page ... anything happened about that ?

This is available as a module in SVN modules folder - but i have never tried it myself - Ash reported it works some time back on a related discussion - it would be great if you could test it for us: http://pligg.svn.sourceforge.net/vie...es/new_submit/
