| How would I go about cutting down the number of screens for submit.php? I want to be able to let users submit the story on one page itself. The code for those steps is confusing, and the lack of comments in that part of the code does not help.... any ideas? |

| This is in the works. Ash has been working on one and you can test it at http://ashtest2.pligg.com. It's still in the testing phases and will hopefully be out soon.

| I tried posting there, but its defaulting to the 3 screen way. guess Ash has it turned off for now. either way, that is awesome! Thanks a lot! |

| Try deleting your cache or something. I just tested it and it's the new way on that site.

| aaah its ajaxified... what i actually want is one form with story title, story summary, category and submit button. thats all. no fancy ajax stuff. I just cant figure out how to have the code for do_submit[1|2|3] all on one page. I dont care if it doesnt check for the url. where can i download the code for this ajax version? maybe if i compare whats going on underneath to the original pligg code, it might be easier for me to figure it out... any other ideas? Thanks! |

| Sorry, there's no way to get the code for this now. Ash is the one that has it. Not sure if you noticed, but the submit process on that site is only 2 steps, the first for the URL and step 2 and 3 are combined.

| is there any possible way I didn't able to view that site.. Did Ash complete the Mod? Please suggest me to submit the story in one step instead of three steps |

| This particular idea was scraped but I think Ash is working on something even better.
