New Module: Welcome Private Message

Hi All,

I've put a new module that I wrote called "Welcome Private Message" into the downloads area.

When a new user registers, it will insert a private message into their inbox. You can customize the message (to some degree).

This module requires the "messaging" and "lightbox" modules to be installed and running.
