[Feature] Comments page

Hi there,

I just hacked a small "comments" page that displays all the comments on one page. A demo can be seen here : http://www.eldiz.net/comments.php (in French, sorry ).
I only developed it for the paul01 template but it should be easy to adapt it to other templates.

I still have a problem if there is, for example, a large url in the comments: the table overflows the div If anyone has an idea...

In attachment, comments.php (for the root directory), comments_center.tpl and comments_data.tpl (for the template/paul01 directory).

You'll also have to add the following variables in lang.php :
PLIGG_Visual_Comments = "Comments"
PLIGG_Visual_Comments_Comment = "Comment"
PLIGG_Visual_Comments_Author = "Author"
PLIGG_Visual_Comments_Date = "ago"
PLIGG_Visual_Comments_Link = "Story"
PLIGG_Visual_Breadcrumb_Comments = "Comments"
