The website's domain summary page

In a pligg site,always have many story links which from a same domain's website,e.g:

1 many story links from www.aol.com
2 many story links from www.economist.com
3 many story links from www.nytimes.com
4 ...
5 ...
...


So,I want have a domain summary php page,for example:


Page title:Web site total summary

Page content:

1 www.aol.com :

26 story links;
Five Star Vote Button ;
Five Star Score;

2 www.economist.com

26 story links;
Five Star Vote Button ;
Five Star Score;

3 www.nytimes.com

26 story links;
Five Star Vote Button ;
Five Star Score;
4 ...
5...
6...


Furthermore,when guest hit the domain link, he will see the many story links in our site.

e.g:

When hit www.aol.com,he will get the page below:

These stories from www.aol.com:
1.News Title and link
2.News Title and link
3.News Title and link
4.News Title and link
5.News Title and link
6. ...

Brief speaking, I want the summary page have three function:

First,gather all website's domain in one page;
Second,users can vote by Five Star System to these websites;(for story links I use nubmer vote system;for this website summary,I want use Five Star System)
Last,users can hit every website' domain link to see the total story links which in our pligg site.

I think it may be useful,but I am poor in php.

My engilsh is poor,so my idea have a bit fuzzy.

these websites are not mine.

I have a site runing on pligg.

these websites are some sources which users digg story links from their sites to my pligg site.

My idea is,how make a summary page to show these website names which as sources of the story links in my pigg site.

In the page,users of my pligg site can vote those source sites by Five Star System.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

This will need some custom code work.

First question: Do you want all the links displayed with their corresponding links? or just some sources you have entered.

Then you need to look into the *_links table as that has all the data you need.

For the satr rating system, i'm not sure how to do that
