Second URL in the same story.

Would there be a way to, with in step 1 of 'submit a new story', to have a secondary URL box with a customizable (admin customizable) descrtiption?

I would like the link to appear under the Description of the story. It would also be nice if the admin had an option to make the Link an image.

Am I explaining myself well?

I want a field to appear below the "orignal news url" that basicly is the same type of field but would be for the placement of a second link (could be used as "corroborating" source).

The original news url should still be linked by the story title but this second one would be set by the admin of the site. In otherwords the Admin choses what the link says (would be the same for all stories) but the user choses where the link goes.

I hope I didn't confuse anyone because I know what I want but after reading my post I am not sure what the heck I am talking about.
