$1500 + 10% Equity For Template + Mods

Hey,

So I'm trying to create a new Digg-style site (like every other entrepreneur on the planet), and I need some help.

I am a Computer Science major and I do web development but I'm too busy right now to learn the minute details of the Pligg system and I'm sure there are some experts out there.

So here is my offer:

$1500 CASH ($750 half way, $750 at finish) + 10% equity in the company.

This is what I want:

1. A template. I'm going to find a logo from another source, but you'll have to create a temporary space for the logo and create a template for the site that I'm building. I don't want to divulge which market I'm targeting, but it should be fun.

2. A points mod.
- I want a mod that will give custom points to various actions a user can do. For instance, 10 points for submitting a story, 1 point for every person that comments, 10 points for every person that "votes" for your story, etc.
- These points should also work as experience and make the users "level up" as they use the site.
- The points will tie into a phpBB account (along with the registered Pligg username) so you can see each person's "level" on their profile when they post a comment on the forum.
- A raffle system where you can spend the points to get random stuff.

3. Some other tweaks and mods that shouldn't be as extensive as 2. In total it should be 75% the workload of 2. So you can use that to calculate your personal workload and whether this project is worthwhile for you.
