Problem with RSS import

Hi All,

Came after long time.I am facing a weired problem with 9.5 rss importer.when i import the feeds it does not include the base url so my links are like:
http://power_guzzling_large-screen_d...led_display-1/

while it should be
http://newskicks.com/power_guzzling_...led_display-1/
u see its missing http://newskicks.com/ in the beginning u can see here:

http://newskicks.com/upcoming

any ideas whats wrong?i tried to debug the code but im not able to understand whats going on.
