Building New RSS Importer module.

Because the built-in rss importer module is given me so much headache, I decided to borrow one from an opensource rss software and integrate. I choose lilina, even though it is file based, which i would covert to work with pligg.

I couldn't find any useful documentation on integrating modules, but it seems i would have to dissect it, by using search for included files and also mark pages by error revealed by broken code through trial and error.

It would be nice if someone that is well experienced in pligg structure do it, by multitasking, that is documenting while creating a new module. I would try that, but for now, I would say wish me luck.
