SKIP URL Mod

Just wondering if pligg will eventually have a "SKIP URL" option? Some people may want to write their own stories.

I know this feature has been requested several times in the past by people.

Indianpad.com has implemented such feature, I believe.

Pligg has had this feature for years..
Go to admin> configure> submit> see require URL for submission
