Well, not that anyone cares (at least not now), but I fixed my problem (post #37). However, I expect the problem was created by one of the new SVN updates, so sooner or later you'll have the problem... all of you... ha ha ha ha ha (this must be said with evil laugh). And I will be the only one with the solution... ha ha ha ha ack.

Thumbs up Finally! Greybox works fine!

Thank you very much for your nice Addon. In combination with this Script it works very fine.

Greetings from Switzerland and Merry Christmas

Well, if you're working with the latest SVN and you still aren't having problems, then who knows. Maybe I screwed something up with a modification. In any case, I've got a fix that uses ez_sql if anyone needs it.

The grey box appears but the metacafe videos don't play for me. I'm using Firefox on a Macbook Pro and I've never had this kind of problem. I noticed that this module works for YouTube videos but for the other video sites it's a problem.

Is there any fix yet or a better way to build a pligg video site where the videos can be shown without leaving the site?

Worked for me too, But

In link_summary.tpl, change

To

http://images.websnapr.com/?url=

That will bring the thumbnails back. However, since you don't get a thumbnail of the video (you didn't with the other server either), I think I'm just going to create a generic video logo.
That worked good for me too, but I wonder how they are doing it at this website? P2PVINE

Grey Box and IE7

Does anyone else get the scroll bars when viewing in IE7? I don't have the problem on Firefox.

So very close

Hi, I've been working on the Greybox mod for hours and hours and hours. Everything works, except the Greybox itself won't launch. If you click on the image, it takes you to a new window.

The site is www.southdakota123.com There is a video section, which will get you right to the issue at hand.

I've spent a bunch of time messing with the location -- trying absolute and relative paths. Still no go. Any ideas!?

I'm using Pligg 9.9 and am on the FreePress2 template.
