Is "Image Upload v0.4" latest?

With pligg 9.9.0 comes Image Upload Module v0.4.
Is this the latest version of that module? If not where I can I find the latest file of this particular module?

The only problem is that this new version 1.0 doesn't play with pligg v9.9 yet. Nobody knows how to implement it yet and get it working. My advice is to stick with v.9.82 until a solution can be found if you need image upload to work.
