At least this is a bug to me. In private messaging (not sure if the problem is in simple messaging too), all carriage returns and extra spaces are stripped away. I noticed what a real pain this was when I sent a 5 paragraph message to a member and it was all one big pile of text.
I experimented with removing the "sanitize" function out of the msg_body variable, but it didn't have any effect.
Someone, please, please, please help me on this.

I know someone out there is smart enough to fix this. Or maybe not. Is that one of the reasons 9.9 went back to simple messaging? Does simple messaging have this problem? |
