German PC-Magazine "PC-Welt" uses Pligg

The german PC-Magazine "PC-Welt" just created a new webnews service called "newstube" based on Pligg.

And they are actually promoting it with a lottery, in which you have to send one news in (must get 5 votes) and vote for at least 3 other news.

aehm its from "IDG Magazine Media GmbH" they just sell a few pc magazines in germany and other countries in europe.

calm down! Announcing your own Pligg site is common here so "acccusing" is definitely the wrong word.

For all non-german members: PC-Welt is one of the TOP 5 computer magazines in Germany. I guess pipin wanted to stress the importance of Pligg by mentioning this fact.

First - it does not use any of PC-Welt's main site design so the unprofessional look - they must have concentrated on design too - very bad.

Second - I did some Google to see if this is real - yes it seems to be. newstube pcwelt - Google Search

But they could have given/mentioned it on their main site too (or may be because I dunno German - I might have missed)

And yes, as pipin, some news date back long and they seemed to have been using it for longer time. Not sure why they did not launch it official nor did a press release here?

But the most great part is that they have the link to Pligg.com - good guys
