Blank template anyone?

Does anyone have a simple blank template i can use for my new design which is going to be available for free? I had a look at Yget and it looks like a pain in the back to strip. Or can someone suggest an existing template that mighty be a good bare-bones starting point. I will have to work with the latest version of pligg.
