Adding New Page with Friendly URL

How do I add a new template page (e. g. terms of service) to my existing template and link it with friendly URL - similar to the FAQ page.

Hmmm...Do a search. I can't remember the exact name of the article, something like "add static page". Someone already explained this. It isn't too hard.
