Customization - What to change and Where?

Ok, I'm wanting to customize the look and feel of pligg on my own site (as I'm sure others are). Is it possible that someone could post what to change and where? Or maybe those of you who have customised the look, go over which files you changed..

I'm not asking for detailed or exhaustive instructions, but for example, I want my sites logo/banner at the top, which file do I go to change that?

I would suggest waiting for the next release, Beta 6, since we will be doing a major overhaul on the templating system that will in a way make it easier to design. See this post.

Great, thanks, I'll install it and give it a go - I was going to get some of the more senior members of my community to put the beta 5 through it's paces, but I'll tell them to hold off until 6 is near enough completed.
