IE7 CSS Problems and a greybox bug

Need a little help from the community here. The site is ZipRage.

Firstly, the site seems to work well in Firefox, Safari and IE6. IE7 is proving to be the problem. As you can see the header is a little messed up as the site title and some of the navigation is dropped below other elements on the site. The second problem is that the main content page is attached to the header for some reason and presenting a continuous gray box as opposed to the rounded corner separation that should be visible. I'm stuck and could use some help.

As for the greybox bug. When you click an image or a video and the greybox opens the menu is not covered by the dim. Instead it is still visible which looks bad.

Thanks for your help.

Hi I was just wondering if you found a solution to the Greybox problem, where the page gets messed up?
