Not to embarrassed you but I think NO designer will catch with your compensation. In the first place, most designers have already a hosting account, mostly a reseller account so that they can host their client. Second, web hosting is so cheap nowadays.

Doesn't need to be a professional designer with their own design company sir....perhaps someone who does this type of stuff for fun mostly.........you know the type? Some people DO have a hobby on the web of installing tons of different scripts to learn them, and some are quite good at designing themes for them and developing them without it being THEIR JOB.

I am not sure you will find any. But good luck - included me; most professional pligg developers take only monetary compensation for their time and service. May be if you revise to offer $$$'s you might get more responses/proposals.

I had some time and I figured out most of it by myself. Pretty happy with the look just a few minor things I won't mess with right now but not bad. Just altering the yget template seemed to work out .
