I own the wordpress theme as well.

I can see there being an issue if I was putting the wordpress templates on another wordpress, but I don't see anything wrong charging to port a template into pligg.

Typically people pay for the service to have a theme ported.

Go to any freelancer and ask them to port a template and tell them you aren't going to pay them. Let me know how many line up to do it.
