Submit 2 page: Template missing on validation

Pligg Beta 9 / Login [Step 2]

I found that, in Plig 9.9.0 Story Submit Step 2 process, the design template (header/footer/sidebar) is completely missing if you mistakenly enter some wrong/blank data.

You will come across this empty template page if you press on SUBMIT buttton without entering any value in Step2.

I tested it in Pligg Beta 9 / Login and found that the same error exist.

In previous Pligg version, it works.
