I can't add template in Pligg Cms

I am 17 years old and i have just downloaded the mrtechie template.
So i go to Pligg Configuration then choose Template. I change default name on mrtechie and get error (Such as get_file_content() function Error in class.config.php.

Can you help me? Please! I don't know what to do with it!

Can you post the full error - only then we would be able to tell.

Also what version of Pligg do you use, did you confirm that the template you downloaded is compatible with that version?

My version of pligg is 9.9.0

Also I confirm that the template i downloaded is not compatible with that version!

Contact your template author and ask for the latest version template - AFAIK the mrtechie template was launched for 9.8
