white blank page after trying to change template?

hey everyone,

I finally got the latest (7.2) version of pligg running in a sub directory... i logged in and everythign and tried to change template link and chose the first one (skidoo 2 ???) .... well it made my whole site one big blank white page and i can't figure out how to get it back... can someone point me in the right direction? also where is everyone getting template files from?

Try clearing out your browser cookies, restart your browser and type this www.<yoursite>.com/settemplate?template=mollio-beat

(the .php was missing)

btw it don't work here,
i tried with settemplate.php?template=skidoo_2_col

and all i got was : Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "mollio-beat/404.tpl" in /home/matoo/public_html/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

It does not work at my site also, It says:

Fatal error: TPL: [in line 0]: syntax error: file 'skidoo_2_col/pligg.tpl' does not exist in /home/.dubhgall/jooey/51xbrl.com/news/class.template.php on line 898

skidoo_2 is an older tamplate made for an older version of pligg. It will not work with the current version of pligg

Hi, I just installed beta 8.0 and was running it with a slightly modified template.
I tried switching back to mollio-beat and I have been stuck on a white page as well.
Just tried the methods above but only brings me back to a full white page when inserting both templates available in my directory. Anyone know which files need to be uploaded newly in order to fetch and load the old template again ?

I figured out how to get out of the problem in 8.0
go to your config2.php file and edit to the previous template name which was
enabled when your pligg was up and running. This will at least get you back up
and give you access to the admin panel; however I tried to switch templates in the admin panel again with the same result ....looks like a bug
