IDEA: Template gallery

Attention Pligg Gods...

I think we really need a pligg.com/templates gallery where people can upload templates they've created, and others can quickly and easily browse through a gallery to find ones they like and can then download the latest version.

Atm finding a template is a pain, and a simple setup like this will definitely boost the popularity of pligg.

We kind of already have that located here http://forums.pligg.com/downloads.php?do=cat&id=3

Sadly not much in the way of uploads though..

I'm sure once we get closer to 1.0 more templates will be produced and added..
