Yes it has been release and is included with any pligg version 9.8 and up. It's also available in a standalone version over at http://forums.pligg.com/template-dow...-template.html

Just use mydomain.com/settemplate.php?template=mobile

Thanks but the test is over and the template is now in the wild. Pretty much every pligg site since 9.8.0 has this option.
