pligg tutorial

I have installed pligg on my machine but dont know how to begin with pligg.
I want some tutorial on pligg that tell that how to use pligg and customize.
From where i can get the pligg sample application.

I don't know what skill level you have, but it helps to have knowledge using other CMS' as well as style sheets.
