Needed: A video tutorial on how to begin using Pligg

I have successfully installed Pligg but I have no idea how or where to begin putting it to use. I have authority websites where I post articles that can be automatically submitted to article directories and social networking sites. I was hoping that by installing Pligg I could get a better understanding of how to spread my message and enhance my social networking at the same time.

I see tutorials about templates, tutorials about adding php code and all that sort of stuff, but are there any Pligg tutorials, preferably videos, for absolute beginners in the web2.0 world?

Yeah, I can install php scripts but I cannot see how to even take the first step here.

I tried to watch your video but the images are not sharp i.e. you can not see anything in the video just kind of blury.
I am sure thats why nobody commted on your video tutorial.
If you can tweak the video please do so and let me know I would really want to watch it.
