comments errors in url method 2

    comments errors in url method 2

    i have a problem when i try to enable URL method 2

    even if i put the category code in htaccess..

    when i click in comments, published and queued sidebar modules pligg can't find the right address and i got an error message..

    this only happends in url method 2
