Hello. When I go into Admin Config on my site, I don't see any options for editing anything. I just get text like this one for Friendly URLs:
Friendly URL's for stories
description: /story/(story title)/
value: true
default value: true
expected values: true / false
Friendly URL's for categories
description: /category/(categoryname)/
value: true
default value: true
expected values: true / false

How do I change settings?

Have you made any changes to your template? Add anything to it?
When asking for help it's best to provide a link to your site.

Something is definitely messed up. The side bar doesn't even show correctly.
What type of server is this on? php version? mysql version? etc.
I would suggest reinstalling it again.
