category page don'T work but subcategory page work

i've a little issue with categories and subcategories pages
when im clicking a main categories link like this one

i get a blank page

when i'm clicking a subcategories link i get the good page

do someone can help me with that issue?

The same happens to me with category feeds (v9.5): The main category feed doesn´t deliver anything while the main category page aggregates all stories of the subcategories.
