RSS importer doesn't import images from feeds
Hi,
I heard that I might be able to use this for my affiliate marketing so I tried to import an RSS feed from one of my affiliate networks.
The feed contained both text and images. The text imported fine. The images appear to be completely ignored.
I didn't see any options regarding the images in feeds. Please help. This program is almost useless for me if I can't get the images to work.

Just adding that will not recursively change stories cause the image has already been stripped out. It would would only work for new stories.

To solve this please some little help. See admin settings submit to about <img>
That was not working i did something else.
1. feed field name: title --- pligg field name: link_title --- Remove this link
2.-- feed field name: summary --- pligg field name: link_tags --- Remove this link
3.-- feed field name: link --- pligg field name: link_url --- Remove this link
Images are now in the feed but messing up see the thumbnail.

I noticed that the rss import in Pligg 9.9.5 can only work with certain websites' images, and others are completely messed up. For example, if you are trying to import any rss from websites that are using feedburner.com's technology, then you are going to see mess up strings such as "br /img hspace=2 src=..." and so on. Sometimes images are correctly shown but with extra html tags tagging along. Luckily some websites worked perfectly with rss import in Pligg 9.9.5., but there are very few of those.
Even if you adding <img> tag in admin panel > config > submit, it's still showing such errors. Anyone else has exact same problem? Do you have a solution?
