I have spent a lot of time and energy getting the URL Method 2 working. However, only when I click the pages button, i.e. 1,2,3,etc. at the bottom of index page, I get 404 error. Can anyone tell me in which file the link for these pages is located. I mean I searched for them in header.tpl, footer.tpl, but couldnt find it.... I want to disable URL Method 2 ONLY for these pages....
